The Objective
Building a Brand Guidelines with Strong Standards that Tell a Compelling Story
The objective was to create comprehensive brand guidelines that establish and showcase how to best use The Katsbrune logo and brand. Through the design process, I was able to draft, iterate, and finalize the tone of the brand ultimately creating a compelling and friendly identity that speaks to its intended audience.

The Katsbrune Logo
Combining elements of The Katsbrune’s core business, I was able to create a simple yet communicative logo that feels welcoming and cozy. Depicted in the logo is the store ‘mascot,’ Bimblez the cat, a book, and at the end of his tail a small flame can be identified signifying the café portion of the business. These three elements not only represent the services The Katsbrune offers but showcase its versatility and personality.

The Katsbrune Branding Assets
Staying consistent with the branding guidelines are The Katsbrune letterhead and business card, which not only represent The Katsbrune’s visual identity but also serve as a great communication and contact point for its customers. This collateral better showcases who The Katsbrune is and allows more thorough, personal communication with its intended audiences.
